First Day of School 2009!

Our day didn't start off that great, I woke up to Toni yelling at me that I didn't wake her up in time! My alarm didn't go off this morning so we were all still in bed when Colton came at 6:15 to pick Toni up for seminary. Now that she is in High School she has seminary EVERY morning before school starts. I even double checked my alarm last night before I went to bed to make sure I would be able to get everyone up in time, sometimes I think these things happen on purpose for what ever reason. So anyway Colton was out front honking his horn and because she didn't come out Dalton started banking on her bedroom window which is where my mom is staying right now. Tim jumped up and said he would take Toni so I ran to go tell Colton to go ahead and leave without her but when I got to the front door my mom was trying to stand up enough to peek outside to tell them that Toni was getting ready. Instead of yelling at me to go tell them she managed to get herself into her wheelchair and to the front door, I don't know what she was thinking. For those of you that don't know my mom just had surgery on her neck and had to have metal plates screwed into her spine to help rebuild it to prevent it from crushing her spinal cord and cannot walk more than a few steps with her walker and only then if she has someone holding her from behind in case her legs give out. She makes me so nervous trying to do things on her own without me helping her.

Crazy Kids!

My kids are just plain crazy sometimes but I guess that's what makes life fun! These are some pictures that were taken while hanging out at Nick and Mindi's. Fire-girls

My girls thought it would be fun to try on Nick firefighting gear they think it is so neat that they actually know someone that is a REAL firefighter. They get so excited every time we see Nick driving the big fire truck with his lights flashing. I think my girls are either going to be thrill seekers or they are going to have a thing for firemen!

This summer Mindi and I decided to go to her mother-in-laws to take pictures of all the girls because she has a nice yard for taking outdoor pictures. We had fun and its been a while since my girls have had pictures of the four of them together. So here are some of the picture we took!

Hangin at the Lake!

We were invited to go hang out at the lake with some friends of ours and had a blast riding the 3 man tube! It was so much fun we would definitely love to do it again sometime. Thank you to the Villa's for inviting us!
