Thanksgiving Day

We went to Tim's moms house for Thanksgiving and we all had a great time. After we ate we payed games and the girls performed for everybody. They do that often if you give them the chance, except for Toni, she's too cool for that. So here is a few pictures of our Thanksgiving day and playing charades.

Tori waiting patiently for her food

These next few pictures are of us playing charades.

Kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast

For Taegan's Thanksgiving party at school Mrs. Mixon and Mrs. Conners kindergarten classes dressed up as Pilgrims and Indians and had a feast together. Taegan was an Indian and Kacy Bunting was a Pilgrims they looked so cute so I had to take pictures.

More Pictures

Some of these last pictures I had developed are so cute, it ALMOST makes me want another baby! There are some from when Taegan was born, they really bring back memories.

I love this picture, they look so peaceful.

Tim looks like a proud new Daddy even though this was number four. This was in the hospital right after Taegan was born, she's the bundle of blankets he's holding, you can barely see her head poking out. I won't be posting any of me in the hospital they aren't too pretty.

This one is so cute!

Taegan was a little jaundice and the doctors told us to put her near a window without her clothes and even though there wasn't any sun out they said it would help.

She loved her boppy, when she wasn't being held she was usually in that.

This is a headband that my mom had for Halloween so we payed dress up with her.

I just liked this picture of her all bundled up in her car seat.

This is a Rodolph's nose one of the girls
had so again, we were playing dress up.

I'm not really sure what was in Tylee's hair but it looked like a bird pooped on her head so we took a picture of her.

This is all the girls getting ready to
go to church for Taegan's blessing.

I was getting a bath ready for Taegan and Tori decided to help. When I went to go get her Tori had her completely naked.

Grandpa Dodge with Taegan on
the day he blessed her at church.

This was around Christmas time and again we were getting ready to go to church. That was the only time my girls were ever dressed up.

Toni's Volleyball Banquet

Toni got the most improved award which she hates getting. She says that is the award that people get when they are not quite the best but the coaches feel like they need to give them something. Not everybody got an award and for her first year playing I think that's pretty good, they aren't going to give her the MVP when they had girls that have played on the same team for 3 years. She doesn't want to just be good at something, she wants to be the best.
She looks so enthused.

After Picture of Highlights

Here's the after results of Toni's hair. We highlighted her hair once before and I think it came out a little too blond, so this time I toned it down a bit. She really liked it right after it was finished and now I think she would like it to be blonder because her friends said they didn't really notice she had it done. We could probably go a little lighter next time.

This is her school picture I put it on here so you can see the before look.

Toni's New Highlights

Toni got highlights in her hair and if I was thinking ahead of time I would have taken before and after pictures but Tori again was the one taking pictures and I didn't even think about it. I thought it was cute though how Tim decided to help. He said with a house full of girls he has no choice but to do girly things if he wants to hang out with us.
Don't let the picture fool you, he loved helping. We actually tried getting rid
of him a couple of times but he wouldn't leave.

So I'm not professional, but it turned out fine!

Toni Being a Bully

Me and Toni were playing around like we often do and I did not know Tori was taking pictures of us. Who knows what she will catch on film next, she loves playing with the camera. Anyway, Toni has this thing where she thinks she is stronger than me and can over take me. I always tell her she will never be stronger than her mom, she says when I’m old and walking with a cane she’s going to kick it away from me and take me down. (I know, MEAN huh) She tries to catch me of guard and jumps on my back to take me down to the ground and that always starts it. Yes, I am stubborn and I like to show her whose boss so sometimes I will even lay on the ground and she sits on me and when she’s good and ready and thinks she can hold me down, she says go and then I fight her off, Just to show her whose stronger!

When I got up from her holding me down I showed a little skin so I had to black it out so I could keep this PG.I win again, someday she will learn!By the time we were done playing we ended up in the kitchen.

Update on film developing

(August 2004) Toni 9, Tori 6, Tylee 3, Taegan 10 mons.

Tori's soccer party 6 yrs. old

Taegan 10 mons. old. She loved playing with the water hose, she was helping dad water the flowers.

This is Tylee and her friend Natalie, she lived next door to us.

Taegan and Tim weren't they so cute.

This is Tim and I in Las Vegas for our 10 year Anniversary. We had great friends when we lived in Washington and some of them gave us tickets to fly to Vegas because they worked for the airlines, and then some of our other close friends offered to babysit for the weekend. It was great to be able to get away just by our selves even though we talked about the kids the whole time.

This is Taegan's first boo boo, she was about 10 mons. old and was running outside and fell on the sidewalk and face planted. She learned to walk when she was only 8 mons. old so at 10 mons. she was running and felt pretty confident.
