Soccer season is STILL going on! Toni's team just played for the championship for our region and got 2nd place which is the farthest that a U19 team from Kern Valley has ever made it. It was an intense week leading up to the game for 1st and 2nd place. We took 2nd and thought we were done but then we found out we will be going to the next level. So now we have an all day tournament on November 14th and depending on how we do may possibly have to play on the 15th, not to mention that high school soccer tryouts start on the 16th. As for the rest of the girls their last games are not until the 21st of November, we love soccer and keeping our girls active, but sometimes it seems like the season never ends.
